With the increasing degree of digitization of services, products and business processes, organizations face a number of new challenges in order to stay competitive. This course deals with the major consequences of the digital age and how organizations can survive and benefit from it. A special focus lies on emerging digital technologies, which are examined from a theoretical perspective but also experienced hands-on. The students learn how their future workplace is affected by digitization, acquire necessary tools and create a mindset to be successful in the digital age.

- Lehr-/Lernmethoden
The course follows the flipped classroom concept. Material such as audio, video and literature are provided before each session. The students are expected to prepare for class with the recommended material. The time in class will mainly be used to work in small groups and to deepen the understanding, knowledge, and acquired skills.
