In order for our students to refresh and improve their English skills, the Faculty of Management, Culture and Technology offers English courses at different levels. The English courses take place on campus every semester and are outside of the lecture period so that students have the opportunity to attend them. So whether in preparation for a stay abroad or for the professional world - English is the world language and indispensable today.

In addition to our English courses, we offer various language courses such as Dutch and Spanish in cooperation with the VHS Lingen. The courses take place on campus and are exclusively for our students.

The university sports department offers our students individual opportunities to work out and find a suitable balance in addition to their daily study routine. From classic sports such as football and volleyball, to fitness boxing or aqua fitness in the nearby swimming pool, to yoga and dancing, there is something for every sports enthusiast. Special sports highlights in Lingen include archery and dragon boating on the Dortmund-Ems Canal, for which our students can register.

The members of the Student Council and the General Student Committee represent the students of the Faculty of Management, Culture, and Technology. All members are elected by the students in the university elections.
