Process Management

The Process Management Department of the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences deals with the analysis, development, documentation and implementation of processes within the University. Basis of this work is the collaboration with the specialists and those responsible for the respective process.

Tools and practices developed within the department are used to identify and document procedures and competencies in a transparent and comprehensible manner. The procedure of process mapping and optimization follows a structured order and is subject to continuous revision and improvement. This guarantees a successful and sustainable documentation along the path from process identification to implementation.  

Teaching staff as well as employees are able to see approved processes in the internal process portal. Starting from the overview (process mapping) users can navigate through the processes within the process portal. Along with the processes, internal forms are included for download in the portal.
