Legal Affairs

The department advises the University Steering Committee, the committees and the functionaries on their higher education affairs. It is the legal liaison office to the support-ing foundation and the Ministry of Science.

The department accompanies the preparation or takes over the legal review of the regulations of the university. The department is responsible for the legal representation of the university before the administrative courts.

In particular, research and development contracts, scientific cooperation contracts and non-disclosure agreements are drafted and reviewed in conformity with the law. The department is responsible for the legal supervision of the student body.
