of the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences
The Property and Campus Management Department deals with structural development planning from the determination of requirements to applying for funding to the building implementation, project management, commissioning and documentation of buildings.
This includes project planning, budget planning, cost and deadline tracking for above-ground and below-ground building construction, civil engineering as well as technical building equipment in compliance with the public procurement law, construction law, including fire protection and occupational safety and health.
Great importance is placed on building and general maintenance, as well as the trouble-free operation of the Foundation's own buildings and rentals. Other services such as energy management, technical inspections, service hotline, guidance system with signage and the operation of the digital locking systems, as well as green area/grounds care including winter service belong to the Property and Campus Management's responsibilities.
