To prepare for the telc testing format, we recommend looking at the information about each exam on the telc website, and to try out the training test (free of charge). The training test will help you understand the exam format and the exam procedures of each exam. And the answer sheets about both reading and listening comprehension allow you to find out whether you are ready to take the exam. If you take the training test, please make sure that you have 4 hours' time at your disposal.

We have planned the following dates for the exam telc Deutsch  C1 ÐÂÀÏ»¢»úƽ̨,×îÐÂÀÏ»¢»ú:

By sending us your registration form, you agree to the conditions spelled out on the form and to pay the exam fee. Please pay the invoice within two weeks. For questions regarding fees and deadlines, please contact Mrs. Meike Mork-Bojes m.mork@hs-osnabrueck.de .

Please note: Late registrations can only be considered if the exam is not booked out.

When deciding for an exam date please consider that it will take a minimum of four weeks before the results are out.

Before registering for an exam, please read our recommendations for exam preparation. 

If you would like to register for a telc-exam, you need to turn to the university's Professional School.

Registration becomes valid after we have receiced the exam fee. Please note that your registration is binding after the receipt of your registration form, i.e. any changes made after that will cost you at least 30 Euro (please refer to our site "Cancellation")

Please fill in and sign the form and send it to Mrs. Meike Mork-Bojes via E-Mail m.mork@hs-osnabrueck.de. If you have taken this telc exam before and passed the written or oral part please also send us your "Ergebnisbogen" for recognition.

If you passed the oral or written exam in a former telc examination (no more than 12 months ago) and you want your results to be recognised by telc, please send us your "Ergebnisbogen" when registering for the exam.

Until 15 days prior to the exam, you can cancel your registration for 30 €.

If you decide to cancel your registration after this deadline, we will charge you a higher cancellation fee, telc Deutsch C1 ÐÂÀÏ»¢»úƽ̨,×îÐÂÀÏ»¢»ú: 115 €.

If you are unable to participate in the exam due to an illness, please inform us before the day of the exam and send us your medical certificate. In this case, we will reimburse the full exam fee to you.

However, being informed on the examination day we will only be able to reimburse the exam fee minus 30 € although you provide us with your medical certificate.

The exam consists of a written and an oral part. The written exam will take app. three hours and 40 minutes (including a break of 20 minutes), the oral exam will take app. 36 to 44 minutes and includes about 20 minutes of preparation time. Both parts can take place on one day, but they can also take place on different days. About one week before the exam, we will inform you when exactly your two exams are taking place.

Three to four weeks after the exam, we will inform you about your result by e-mail. If requested, we will send you your certificate or your score sheet in case you did not pass the exam.

To pass the exam, you need to attain 60% of the total Points in both the written and the oral parts of the exam. In the exam telc Deutsch C1 ÐÂÀÏ»¢»úƽ̨,×îÐÂÀÏ»¢»ú this amounts to 99 Points in the written and 29 points in the oral exam. In the exam telc Deutsch B2 Pr¨¹fung you need at least 135 points in the written and 45 Points in the oral exam to pass.

If you have already passed one part of the exam, your pass grade will be acknowledged for one year when repeating the exam. In this case, we will require your scoresheet together with your registration.
