Structure of the program

The Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Sustainability at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences comprises seven semesters. Students spend the fifth semester abroad. In the sixth semester they complete an 12-week internship.

Basics in semester 1 and 2

The courses in the first two semesters teach the basics of economics and business management.

Deepening of knowledge and Electives from 3rd semester onwards

From the third semester onwards, contents and topics are expanded, particularly in economic and quantitative areas. Students apply their specialist knowledge to specific economic policy issues. They also work on an empirical project. At last, they complete their nine-week final thesis.
