Business Informatics (B.Sc.), dual, Campus Lingen (Ems)
Program structure
Structure of the program
The three-year degree program is divided into six semesters, students gain 180 ECTS over the entire course of their studies. The elementary studies that take place in the first four semesters serve the development and deepening of professional competences in computer science and the field of business administration, which is subsequently complemented by the specialization in semesters five and six. The specialization courses are designed to meet the requirements of the demand for special qualifications as well as the individual interests of students. Therefore, students are able to choose between five different subject areas of computer science and additional continuative modules. In addition, during the sixth semester students write their bachelor’s thesis that is accounted for with 10 ECTS. Students complete their studies with the degree Bachelor of Science and are therefore entitled to enroll in a consecutive master’s program.
