Mission Statement

The development and implementation of organizational strategies benefits from theories of organizational communication, organization and management, as well as from research and theoretical reflections on strategic communication and its subfields, such as corporate listening and issues management. Contemporary organizational strategies include, among others, corporate responsibility strategies, intra- and interorganizational collaboration and value creation, and post-modern organizing in digitized business models. Communication lies at the core of these strategies. The project course reflects on the constitutive role of communicative practices for management and organization, and on interdisciplinary approaches to organizational behavior, management, organizational communication, strategic communication, and ethics.
