Mission Statement

Effective management is characterized by the controllability and verifiability of entrepreneurial processes of all kinds. In the subject "Communication and Management", communication is understood as an integral part of successful management. The module offers operational tips and techniques on how typical processes in everyday business can be optimized through interpersonal communication expertise. The module starts with events of everyday work (workshops, conversations).
