Mission Statement

The more hierarchical structures are dissolved, and the more organizational goals become contradicting, the (communicative) management of employees becomes a challenging task.A prerequisite for targeted, reflective behavior control is a systematic understanding of the fundamental parameters that influence behavior. Employee experience and behavior and their organization-related effects are discissed on the basis of individual, social, communication and organizational psychological theories.
